Michael Bradley’s strike vs. Mexico was the greatest goal in USMNT history

In the sixth minute of a World Cup qualifier against hared rivals Mexico at the famed Estadio Azteca, Michael Bradley intercepted the ball, dribbled past a Mexican defender and then hit an inch-perfect chip from 40 yards.

The Azteca went silent, except for the few hundred United States fans in the upper corner who were losing their minds, and Bradley ran over underneath them celebrating as his teammates sprinted over to mob him.

And with that, Bradley had the greatest goal in United States men’s national team history.
