Miami sophomore guard Ja'Quan Newton has been suspended the final three games of the regular season due to a violation of team rules, the school announced Saturday.
The player ESPN analyst Dick Vitale likes to call the best sixth man in the country will sit out games against No. 11 Louisville, No. 23 Notre Dame and Virginia Tech. He was in street clothes for warm-ups before Saturday's tip off with the Cardinals.
