The first time the Brewers drafted Tim Dillard, Miller Park was two months old, Devon White was Milwaukee’s center fielder and Ryan Braun was a junior in high school.
“I was drafted by the Brewers in 2001 as a catcher, then drafted again by them in 2002 as a catcher,” Dillard said. “Then they signed me in 2003 as a pitcher.” He hasn't thrown a pitch for another MLB organization since.
The 33-year-old Dillard has pitched for a Brewers minor league affiliate at some level in some city every year from 2003-2016, including this season for the Triple-A Colorado Springs Sky Sox.
