Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin will bring freed rapper Meek Mill to Boston for Thursday night's Game 2, a team source told ESPN's Sal Paolantonio.
Mill, a Philadelphia native, was released from prison April 24 on bail with the help of Rubin, who picked him up from a Pennsylvania prison in a helicopter and brought him to the Sixers' home closeout Game 5 victory over the Miami Heat.
Mill has become friends with several Sixers stars and met with players and team personnel before and after the 76ers' Game 5 win over Miami.
