Mean Street Posse's Pete Gas: Shane McMahon will steal show at WrestleMania 32

Gasparino and McMahon became friends in high school and have remained tight since. The same can be said for their other friend and former football teammate Rodney Lienhardt. That friendship went to another level in 1999 when they got the call to be Shane's backup in the WWE.

That's when the Mean Street Posse was born: a group of sweater vest-loving preppies who owned the mean streets of Greenwich. Joey Abs would later join the group who would talk a good game and have their friend's back — and usually would end up flat on their backs — to help him win his matches at any cost.
