Maxx Crosby is arguably the Las Vegas Raiders' most valuable asset, which naturally gives him a lot of influence.
Last year, he used that influence to help former interim head coach Antonio Pierce land a full-time gig in Las Vegas. Now, as the Raiders wrestle with whether to retain Pierce or move in a different direction, Crosby said he doesn't plan to be as vocal.
"Last year I was very vocal about wanting AP here," Crosby said. "That was very well-known and I don't take that back... Where I'm currently at, that's not my job.
