Just as Joe Gibbs Racing's drivers are the scourge of Sprint Cup, so too are its three cars among the best in the Xfinity Series. Even without Kyle Busch taking part.
It's Busch's car, however, that will start from pole position in Saturday's Sparks Energy 300 at Talladega. Matt Tifft will drive the No. 18 in the 3 p.m. ET. Teammates Daniel Suarez will start second and Erik Jones rolls out fourth.
