Matt Bush, No. 1 pick in 2004, to make MLB debut months after release from prison

Seven months ago, Matt Bush was in prison. Now the top pick in the 2004 MLB draft is poised to make his major league debut.

The Texas Rangers have called up the right-handed reliever from Double-A Frisco, multiple outlets reported Friday afternoon. The 30-year-old is expected to be active for Friday night's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
