Mavericks owner and regular-guy billionaire Mark Cuban has offered Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump $10 million in exchange for a one-on-one interview about his policy proposals.
Cuban, a frequent critic of Trump and his economic plan, made the offer/gauntlet throwdown Friday after Trump questioned his intelligence during an interview with Fox Business Network' Maria Bartiromo.

“The problem with Mark,” Trump said, “is that he is not smart enough to understand what we are doing. He’s really not smart enough, in my opinion, to really understand what’s going on.
