Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, a four-star Marcus Mariota pupil committed to Alabama, answered all questions against elite competition at The Opening Finals, which wrapped up Sunday in Beaverton, Ore.

Tagovailoa was named MVP of the Elite 11, the nation's premier camp for college-bound quarterbacks, as well as MVP of The Opening Finals' 7-on-7 championship, a who's who of the country's top college football recruits in the class of 2017.

The No. 2 dual-threat QB in the nation, according to 247Sports, a 6-1, 215-pounder from Honolulu Saint Louis, Mariota's high school, led Vaporspeed to The Opening 7-on-7 championship, highlighted by a 38-20 victory over Fly Rush in which he threw four first-half touchdown passes.
