Buffalo Bills wide receiver Marcus Easley dislocated his knee and also broke his knee in three different places in Buffalo's win over the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, the team's head coach, Rex Ryan, announced on Monday.

Easley to be Placed on Injured Reserve

Ryan announced that Easley would be heading to injured reserve following his injury, per Chris Brown of the team's website. Ryan also noted that Easley could return next season, though his recovery would take time.
"This is a major, major injury," Ryan added, per Tyler Dunne of the Buffalo News.
