• The Mitchell Trubisky reclamation project in Pittsburgh won’t be the first of its kind. Plenty of ex-first-round QBs have gotten second chances in new locales, and there have been high hopes for them. The truth is that it rarely actually works out that way (Steve Young, Vinny Testaverde, Trent Dilfer, Jim Harbaugh and the Steelers’ own Tommy Maddox would be notable exceptions).
