Lewis Hamilton says he’s enjoying this year’s fight with Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari as it’s so different from taking on his own teammate.
While Valtteri Bottas is very much still in the frame Mercedes has had to turn its focus outwards this year and react to what its Italian rival is doing.
“I think it’s definitely one of the favorites if not the favorite [fight] I’m having,” said Hamilton. “I have a really bad memory, so I can’t remember all of them. But what I can say from last year is that I’m in a much better position than last year, so 2017 is a much better year so far.
