Cezary Kucharski claims the Polish striker could have earned in excess of €40 million (£34m) a year by moving to the Chinese Super League - making him the world's highest-paid player ahead of Carlos Tevez, who recently joined Shanghai Shenhua.
But Lewandowski instead signed a new deal with Bayern in December that has tied him to the German club until 2021.
"I was contacted by an agent who brings stars to China," Kucharski told SportoweFakty.
