This week, viewers stewed over the starting time of 3 p.m. ET. Usual and prime viewing time of 1 p.m. ET went to the largely ceremonial final leg of the Tour de France. Yes, that bicycle race. Not a competitive conclusion of tension and drama, but a coronation.
