Former MLB outfielder Lenny Dykstra, appearing Tuesday on Fox Sports Radio's "The Herd" with Colin Cowherd, spoke openly about using performance-enhancing drugs, joking that he put HGH "in my cereal."
Dykstra, a three-time All-Star, played 12 seasons for the Mets and Phillies. He was part of New York's World Series winning team in 1986 and led the NL in runs, hits and walks with Philadelphia in 1993.
