It didn't take long for the events of Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals to confirm the suspicions of many (most?) NBA fans:
The Cleveland Cavaliers are a juggernaut and the Boston Celtics, despite being the No. 1 seed in the East, will be lucky to take a game off them.
Cleveland manhandled Boston Wednesday — the 117-104 scoreline is not representative of the smack-down that was administered.
The difference in the game was undeniable: Cleveland had LeBron James and the Celtics did not.
It really was that obvious and that simple.
