Financial backers of a proposed NFL stadium in Las Vegas have narrowed their options down to two sites south of the Mandalay Bay hotel.
But the group is also demanding $750 million of public money to build a stadium that could lure the Raiders to Sin City.

"Not to be difficult, but we're not negotiable," said Las Vegas Sands casino president Rob Goldstein, who spoke Thursday at an oversight committee meeting on behalf of billionaire casino mogul Sheldon Adelson and his family, via The Associated Press.
