Hall of Famer Larry Brown, 75, has one year remaining on his contract at SMU but plans to stick around, he told The Dallas Morning News.
SMU's season, which began with Brown suspended nine games for NCAA violations, ended with the No. 25 Mustangs' third consecutive 20-win season under him at 25-5, though a postseason ban means there will be no second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance.

“I love what I do and I love where I’m at and I want to see it continue to get better,” Brown said Monday.
