With the 2025 NFL draft a couple days away, and signings in the NFL down to a trickle, it’s a good time to review the Los Angeles Rams’ offseason.
The most notable roster change was the release of longtime standout wide receiver Cooper Kupp and the addition of wide receiver Davante Adams after he was released by the Jets.
Overall, the Rams added only four veteran players while losing 10.
Aside from Adams, the additions included two unrestricted free agents and a player not tendered as an exclusive-rights free agent.
Seven unrestricted free agents departed along with one player released (Kupp), one traded and another not tendered as a restricted free agent.
