The Rams made former Northwestern quarterback Kain Colter their first offseason signing since moving to Los Angeles.
Colter, who failed in his attempt to unionize college athletes two years ago, went undrafted in 2014 and spent that NFL season on the Vikings' practice squad.

Now listed as a wide receiver/running back, Colter threw for 2,166 yards with 18 touchdowns and nine interceptions while rushing for another 2,180 yards and 28 scores during his college career.
