Raptors guard Kyle Lowry has a fracture of the distal phalanx of his left thumb and will be re-evaluated in two weeks, the team announced on Saturday.
Lowry sustained the injury during the first half of Toronto's 122–104 win over the Pelicans on Friday night. He hurt his thumb while trying to swipe at the basketball after New Orleans forward Derrick Favors corralled a missed shot. Lowry remained in the game until halftime but did not return in the third quarter
Toronto also announced forward Serge Ibaka will be out indefinitely after spraining his right ankle in Friday's game.
