AJ Allmendinger had the best race of his recent career on Sunday, jumping ahead on a late restart seeking to steal victory at Martinsville. But then, Kyle Busch showed himself to be the class of a field in the STP 500.
Busch stretched his lead to complete a Martinsville sweep. He won Saturday's Truck Series race and collected his second grandfather clock in two days in a dominating weekend. Dominating? Busch led 352 of 500 laps at "the paperclip."

The race boiled down to a run over the final 11 laps, with Busch and Matt Kenseth trying to hold off Keselowski and the hounds on their heels off a restart.
