Kurt Busch plans to drive at Indianapolis this season — but only for NASCAR.
Busch confirmed on Wednesday that he will not run the Indianapolis 500, which would have required him to run not just that race but the longest race of the Sprint Cup season.

Doing the double is the biggest test in American motorsports. Indy starts at noon ET and lasts about 3½ hours. A NASCAR driver then must hop a plane, fly to Charlotte Motor Speedway and run the Coca-Cola 600.
