The New York Knicks are parting ways with president Steve Mills, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. Team owner James Dolan is targetting Toronto president Masai Ujiri to take over New York's operations.
Mills was promoted in July 2017. Mills had also held the executive vice president role before Phil Jackson was hired and then briefly moved into the general manager role.
Wojnarowski reports general manager Scott Perry will stay in his role for the foreseeable future.
Ujiri remains under contract with Toronto through 2021.
