The Golden State Warriors currently stand 48-4 at the All-Star break and are a serious threat to break the single-season wins record set by the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls.
According to Klay Thompson, the Warriors have Michael Jordan's blessing.

"He said 'Go ahead and go break the record,'" Thompson told Comcast Sports after winning Saturday night's 3-point contest.
The Bulls went 72-10 during the 1995-96 season and the Warriors would have to go 25-5 over the rest of this season to set a new single-season record.
