Kevin Harvick appeared the likely pole-setter for Sunday's Sprint Cup race at Dover. Blame the weather.
Friday the 13th was not kind to NASCAR as drivers prepared for weekend racing. Rain was forecast for the afternoon, when qualifying for the AAA 400 was scheduled. A washout would put Harvick in the No. 1 starting position because he was fastest in practice.

Not that he isn't worthy of being the pole winner. Harvick won last fall's Dover race, the third and last of the Chase for the Sprint Cup's first segment.
