Florida defensive end Alex McCalister, running back Kelvin Taylor and wideout Demarcus Robinson are declaring for the 2016 NFL draft, according to Mark Long of the Associated Press.
"I really don't get it," Gators head coach Jim McElwain said of the departures, per Long.
Taylor, the son of former NFL running back Fred Taylor, led the Gators in rushing with 985 yards and 13 touchdowns this season, while Robinson caught 47 passes for 505 yards and two touchdowns. McCalister had 6.5 sacks and 9.5 tackles for loss, though he was dismissed from the team for violating team rules over the weekend, per the Gainesville Sun (via Nick Bromberg of Yahoo Sports).
