Justin Forsett learned more than he thought he would during a visit to San Quentin prison.
The Baltimore Ravens running back wrote about a recent trip to San Quentin prison as part of a juvenile delinquency deterrence initiative that takes at-risk youth to prison and exposes them to the realities of incarcerated life. While touring the facility, Forsett and the teenagers met some of the "good behavior" prisoners, who spoke about the importance of making good decisions.

As they walked through the prison, Forsett said Monday on his blog some of the inmates ran up to him and hugged him while others whispered about the 30-year-old among themselves.
