Jose Reyes vows to be 'better man, husband' after domestic violence incident

Rockies shortstop Jose Reyes apologized Thursday for his arrest on domestic violence charges, which earned him a 51-game suspension from Major League Baseball.

“I’m sorry,” Reyes said, via USA Today, speaking for the first time since his October arrest. “I put myself in this situation. I’m sorry about it. Now I need to put this in the past and continue with my life and my career.
