A rematch between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier will headline UFC 200 at the brand new T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on July 9 if both fighters are healthy, UFC president Dana White told ESPN’s Brett Okamoto.
UFC fans were expecting to see Conor McGregor headlining UFC 200 in a rematch with Nate Diaz, but the UFC took McGregor off the card after he refused to put his training in Iceland on hold to make a promotional appearance in Vegas.

In his return to the octagon last night, at UFC 197 at Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena, Jones (22-1) looked tentative but still dominated Ovince Saint Preux en route to a unanimous-decision victory for the interim 205-pound title.
