Jon Gruden vs. the Past, Present and Future of the NFL

NAPA, California — A small Raiders helmet sits on a large workstation in a hotel room that has been converted to an office. Two desktop screens play cutups from not one but two servers. Within reach are a laptop, a stack of videos, a playbook and spiral notebooks. Also a highlighter, some pens and a cup of joe.
