The first half of Saturday afternoon's LSU - Texas A&M matchup in the SEC semifinals was basically a trainwreck. You didn't want to watch, but the sheer mass of the wreckage was so compelling, it was hard to turn away.
LSU went 35 minutes of real time without scoring a basket, ESPN said on its halftime broadcast, and limped into halftime trailing Texas A&M, 35-13.
