Former professional wrestler Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka and dozens of others have filed suit against WWE claiming the company hid the long-term effects of neurological injuries incurred inside the ring, Bloomberg reported Monday.
The suit claims the entertainment company failed to care for wrestlers’ repetitive head injuries "in any medically competent or meaningful manner" and “placed corporate gain over its wrestlers’ health, safety and financial security, choosing to leave the plaintiffs severely injured and with no recourse to treat their damaged minds and bodies.”
