Jim Harbaugh has made his decision.
The Michigan head coach is heading back to the NFL and will become the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The Chargers tweeted a cryptic confirmation of the news, with some papal white smoke:

They followed it up with a less cryptic message, shouting Harbaugh's signature catchphrase.
