Jordan Travis is unlikely to be a starting quarterback in the NFL anytime soon, but the New York Jets' fifth-round draft pick is already picturing how that might look down the road.
"I do think about that a lot," Travis told reporters Saturday. "But right now I'm just focused on where my feet are — getting healthy, getting everybody around me better, being a great teammate."
The former Florida State star added he "100 percent" believes he can be a starter in the pros.
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported Saturday that Aaron Rodgers and Tyrod Taylor have messaged Travis to say they're "excited" to work alongside him.
