Jerry Sandusky, his attorneys and prosecutors were back in Centre County court Monday in Bellefonte, Pa., as the disgraced former Penn State defensive coordinator seeks a new trial after being convicted in 2012 of 45 counts of child sex abuse crimes.
Shackled, clad in an orange jumpsuit and carrying folders of papers, Sandusky was escorted into the court house by three policemen ahead of the scheduled 11 a.m. ET hearing.
