When the Rams hired Jeff Fisher in 2012, they were coming off the worst five-year stretch in NFL history. In the four-plus seasons under Fisher, the Rams have been the model of below-average mediocrity.
While many fans are calling for Fisher to be fired, especially after his latest public dispute with Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson, the team's brass doesn't seem inclined to part ways with him.
During an interview with NFL Media , Rams chief operating officer Kevin Demoff praised Fisher for managing the team's move from St. Louis to Los Angeles.
