Jason McElwain took the country by storm 10 years ago as a senior at Greece-Athena High School (N.Y.). The school basketball team's manager — who has a mild form of autism — suited up in the Trojans' season finale, scoring 20 points (including six-straight 3-pointers) in just under four minutes of play.
The man known as "J-Mac" was back to his magical ways on Sunday.

McElwain signed a one-day contract and played in the final regular-season game of the Rochester RazorSharks (Premier Basketball League).
