Lions and touchdowns and trick plays, oh my!
The Detroit Lions put on a show as they defeated the Seattle Seahawks 42-29 in Monday's thrilling NFC showdown at Ford Field. Between Amon-Ra St. Brown throwing a touchdown pass to Jared Goff and toe-tapping in the end zone, Jameson Williams turning on the burners for a 70-yard score and two running backs steamrolling defenders, there was no shortage of entertainment.
And the result is a 3-1 Lions team that once again looks like a true contender.
Goff went a perfect 18-of-18 passing for 292 yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions, while David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs combined for 118 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.
