Seven football players from James Madison have been suspended indefinitely, according to the school's athletic department (via the Harrisonburg Daily News-Record)
JMU coach Mike Houston didn't elaborate on the nature of the suspensions, but confirmed that wide receiver Terrence Alls and linebacker Brandon Hereford were “suspended indefinitely" after neither took the field Friday for James Madison's 27-17 FCS semifinal victory at North Dakota State.
“We have a very high standard of expectation for our players and their conduct, both on and off the field,” Houston said Friday. “Unfortunately, I had some guys that did not meet that standard.
