According to court documents filed Wednesday, Winston and Erica Kinsman have "reached a compromise with contingencies" in the suit.

The two parties are expected to file joint motions to dismiss the case within 20 days, the documents said.
Kinsman filed the lawsuit in April 2015, two weeks before before the Buccaneers made Winston the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft. She accused the quarterback of sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and inflicting emotional distress during a December 2012 encounter, when both attended Florida State.
