The Cincinnati Bengals could be without star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase during the team's season-opening clash against the New England Patriots on Sunday.
According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Chase is "definitely willing" to skip Week 1 as he waits for a long-term contract extension from the Bengals.
The 24-year-old was holding in during training camp as he waited for a new deal and was recently a limited participant in practice on Thursday. He's currently listed as questionable against New England on Cincinnati's injury report.
