Jack Riley, coach of first gold-medal U.S. hockey team, dies at 95

Before Herb Brooks, there was Jack Riley.

Riley, who died Wednesday in Medford, Mass., at age 95, coached the 1960 U.S. Men's Hockey Team to Olympic gold, upsetting the mighty Soviet Union in Squaw Valley, Calif.
