Prince loved everything about Minnesota, and that included the city's beloved Vikings. He even wrote a "Purple and Gold" fight song for the franchise in 2010.
To honor Prince, and the now-deceased artist's love for the Vikings, rapper J. Cole donned a custom Vikings jersey Sunday at the 2016 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. The jersey had Prince's name and instead of a number, it featured the musician's iconic symbol.

Prince was well-respected in the music community, for obvious reasons, but he also had a huge part in the sports community as well.
