Memo to Rams Coach Jeff Fisher: No matter whether you think Jared Goff is ready, it's time to start finding out whether he's indeed the future franchise quarterback for the Rams. Because it's pretty obvious that Case Keenum is never going to lead the Rams to the Super Bowl (or even the playoffs).
I know Jeff Fisher very well from our years with the Titans when I was president and he was our coach. We worked together for five years, four of which were playoff seasons, including our 1999 Super Bowl run.

Fisher has always been a coach who will start a rookie when he feels it's warranted.
