Kevin Harvick was within two laps of victory, so close he could imagine a lobster dinner, when his car sputtered and stalled. Out of gas, he coasted to a finish in 21st place in 2015's Chase race at New Hampshire.
Sunday, he made plans for a bib and butter sauce. And better yet, a place in the Chase for the Sprint Cup.
Harvick turned the table on Matt Kenseth, who was in the right position to win that race a year ago. This time, Kenseth appeared headed for victory until Harvick beat him on a restart with five laps to go.
