The 90th Annual Scripps National Spelling Bee began in Oxon Hill, Maryland, on Wednesday and features 291 spellers between the ages of 6 and 15. Edith Fuller, 6, is the youngest participant to ever appear in the event.
With preliminaries now in the books, finals coverage will begin live on Thursday at 10 a.m. ET on ESPN2. Live coverage will then continue from 8:30-10:30 p.m. on ESPN.
