Here's when the Warriors lapped your team in victories this season

The Warriors’ record-breaking 73-win season is impressive enough in its own right, but it can be hard to get perspective on just how much Golden State dominated the league en route to making history.

Here’s one way: take a look at the date the Warriors matched your favorite team’s win total in 2015-2016. For six teams, it was actually only 2015, as Golden State won as many games as the 76ers, Lakers, Nets, Suns, Timberwolves and Pelicans before the calendar turned. To match or exceed the win total of another 18 teams, the Warriors only needed to play up until the All-Star break, when they had 48 wins – the total belonging to the Heat, Hawks, Celtics and Hornets in their logjam for the third-best record in the East.
