The 42-year-old Brazilian racing driver took his third win at the prestigious event in 2009. Since then, he has been seeking his fourth win at the Indianapolis 500 to tie him with Al Unser, A.J. Foyt and Rick Mears.
At the start of Sunday it didn’t look like it would be the day for the Team Penske driver, as he started 19th.
